NEW PRODUCT TERMINOLOGY
Sabine Lehmann
Why do we even need "Resources" , when did we use this concept? If at all "Resources" was used as short version of "Linguistic Resources". Therefore we could take it out. I don't think we actually use actively "Guidance" either.

Wolfgang Lipper
The only screen we have we use already on slide 6.
ACROLINX ESSENTIALS

in existing deployments• General, non-specialized content

GUIDANCE WIZARD
Help Acrolinx learn what terms and guidelines you need.
Wolfgang Lipper
Why we are not consistent with page titles?
Wolfgang Lipper
Should that be changed?
Deb Symons
Not sure what you mean here..do you mean following the bullets on the cover page or style of the title?
GUIDANCE WIZARD
• Analyzes all the content Acrolinx has seen• Highlights and helps manage the most frequent:
- Style guidelines- New words in your content
• Lets you get started quickly and keeps your Acrolinx up-to-date
Andrew Bredenkamp
I don't like all the whitespace here - can't we vertically centre the text on these slides?
Wolfgang Lipper
But then we are not consistent with all left aligned text in all presentations: we want that?
Andrew Bredenkamp
Not horizontally centered, vertically centered. --Andrew (mobile)
Sabine Lehmann
Here we use "writing guidance". Why not just "guidance"? I thought that was the official term.
Sabine Lehmann
additional comment: we have "writing guidance" versus "voice guidance"?
Specific guidance for writers on how to improve the clarity of your content.
VOICE GUIDANCE
VOICE GUIDANCE
• Builds on the Acrolinx Voice Score and adds guidance while editing a document
• Delivers guidance based on your selected targets• Impacts the Acrolinx Score• Offers suggestions for improvement• Voice Guidance for Clarity is available in Acrolinx
5.0
Deb Symons
[email protected] for slide 6&7 could you either consolidate the bullets or is there another design you could use instead of bullets. Slide 7 only has 3 bullets
Wolfgang Lipper
We already use the best Voice Guidance Screens on Slide 11 and 14. If we want to insert another visual it should display what is written in the Text - but we have nothing what shows that.
James Longbotham
Do we want to mention when it will be added for other voice characteristics?
VOICE GUIDANCE
• Analyzes the entire document• Points to the section of the document that can be
improved• Provides specific guidance for the issues it finds
VOICE GUIDANCE
Makes it simple for you to evaluate and score large volumes of content.

Wolfgang Lipper
What do we write here? And what Visual should appear here?
Deb Symons
The title should be Content Connections 2016 an we are using the visual from the Content Connections Landing page. We want to end the presentation announcing Content Connections
Deb Symons
This slide looks fine for the Europe presentation but we also have the US presentation and this slide will make no sense. Are you building a new slide for the US or should I just include the visual that was here before
Christiaan Myrberg
The final sentence here needs some editing. Can we change it and take a new screenshot? I propose:"Following the German-speaking conference on November 2, acclaimed speakers Doug Kessler, Rahel Anne Bailie, and Mathias Maul — as well as clients such as Alan Miller from RS Components — will be sharing their insights for the European region on November 3."
Wolfgang Lipper
We cant display the whole text from the Landingpage because of readability. Text would be to small to fit on that format.
