While I am talking…Run all Updates in the Apps StoreOn Apple iOS devices:
◦App Store > Updates … Update All. On Androids:
◦run Google Play Store app. ◦Menu > My Apps … Update all.
Once all updates are finished, close all running programs on your mobile device.

Wireless Operation vs 3G/4G Cellular Operation
Coverage and bandwidth are always an issue
Wi-Fi can be much faster than 3G to install – wireless is under Settings.
Go to Settings> WiFi, turn on, select FSUMED, Connect, enter password collegeofmed1
LTE(4G) faster than Wi-Fi. Turn off wireless.
Most Apps run offline Essential Evidence Plus is PDA
formatted web page and requires wireless/cell connection to work
