What is Library 2.0?

we view library services.” is just a faddish catchphrase. Ignore it, because

it’ll be gone in 6 months.” is sloganeering, signifying very little.”

Revolutionary…but some of them do require us to radically rethink and reassess the ways in which we deliver our services, with a particular emphasis on making them more relevant to the needs and expectations of our users.
