IntoWork Australia, the trading name for Inner Northern Group Training Ltd, is a national group of companies providing excellence in workforce participation. Founded by the members – the cities of Moreland, Darebin and Yarra – the Group now spans offices in four states – Victoria, Tasmania, NSW and South Australia, and holds nationwide contracts with government and corporate businesses.
Over the past 30 years IntoWork Australia has provided an increasing range of employment, training and recruitment services to thousands of individuals and businesses.
The 2013-2016 Strategic Plan outlines an ongoing focus on quality service delivery and working cohesively across the Group, while expanding the scope and geographic reach of the business. IntoWork Australia is committed to making a positive difference to individuals and communities through a values-based service delivery model, and managing the business in an effective and efficient manner.
Supporting local communities continues to be a high priority. This is achieved through our focus on apprentices, trainees, training and employment opportunities as well as supporting key community initiatives.
IntoWork Australia continues to financially support the Inner North Community Foundation, which in turn assists a range of local pre-employment initiatives in the inner northern region of Melbourne.

MAS National is an Apprenticeship Network Provider leading a consortium in Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia delivering The MAS Experience. MAS National also provides Apprenticeship Management Services and WorkSafe Consulting Services.
Stockdale provides high quality recruitment services to the Print, Graphic Arts, Warehouse, Logistics, Point of Sale and Local Government sectors in Melbourne and Sydney.
Devereux is a recruitment agency based in Melbourne. Providing temporary and permanent staffing placements in medical administration, general office positions including receptionists, assistants and accounts staff.
Leading in
Making a positive dif erence
iTFE was established in 1998 and in 2014 the registered training organisation enrolled over 60,000 people in vocational training courses around Australia.
Rogan are the nanny specialists providing family support and employ the best candidates for in-home childcare across Victoria.
Plexus Medical Recruitment is a leader in all aspects of placing Australian and internationally qualified nurses into permanent jobs throughout Australasia.
O group assists enterprises and not-for-profits to achieve business and human resource goals through the provision of shared corporate resources, business mentoring and advisory services. Through its Business & Employment division, they are part of the MAS National Apprenticeship Network Provider consortium in Tasmania.
CTC provides transition programs for homeless and at risk young people, group training services and is a registered training organisation. CTC has operated for over 28 years in regional Queensland.
AGA ‘Apprenticeships Plus’ is a group training and registered training organisation with more than 30 years experience. AGA is part of the MAS National Apprenticeship Network Provider consortium in Victoria.
