Hospital – Ambulance (131)

• The Hospital helps us when we are sick. They take care of us and gives us all we need to get well again.

They work in the hospital, one of our institutions

Municipality or City Hall

• The Municipality or City Hall is in charge of having the community in order and clean. It provides help in education, security, health, home, entertainment and more.

One of the jobs of the municipality is to give to people Civil Safety sorrounding and

taking care of the place were you live.

In the social area, the municipality is entrusted to improve de quality of the

education,

health…

and home.

Another important job is to keep our community clean and free of trash.

They use this special truck to collect the garbage.

The Municipality is also in charge of giving your ID card and your passport

They also give your drivers license so you can drive a car.

Another job of the Municipality is to take care of the green areas by clening them

and desinfecting them

So you can have nice places to play and share with your family and friends.

Police Department (133)

The policeman is the person that works at the police station, and their main job is to protect

and give security to the citizens.

They take care of you from the thieves…

They worry about the public order.

They help us when there is a flood or a fire

They rescue people from difficult places

And also, the policeman controls the traffic in the streets.

The fireman is the person that works at the fire station, and their job is to help us in

different kind of accidents like…

Forest fire

In car accidents

In earthquakes

And in floods…

Post Office

• The postman is the person that works at the post office. He is in charge of delivering letters and packages to us.

You can send a letter or a package and the postman will take it were it correspond.

You can send this letter to your best friend and the postman will take it to

your best friends house…

But remember to write all the parts of a letter to make sure that your friend will

recieve it.
