I realize the importance of meeting deadlines and getting work done on time.Pressure SituationsThe appropriate way to deal with stress is to make sure that I have the correct balance between good stress and bad stress. Good stress stimulates me and keeps me motivated. In stress situations, I feel its important to prioritize your responsibilities and that should help you keep focused on the big picture.Mistakes:I think one of the most important things that Ive learnt from my mistakes is persistence. Not to give up too easily because the solution might be right in front of me. Ive also learnt that theres no single best solution to a problem. That kind of thinking limits the possibility of success.Project DeadlinesThankfully, during the short period of my previous job, Ive never missed a deadline. I realize the importance of deadlines and I strive really hard to meet those, even if it means staying up at night or working long hours.Teamwork:When I worked with Vodafone, as a part of the Value Added Services team we often interacted with the marketing team to implement tariff products. We worked together to gather requirements, round up configuration changes and ensured proper testing was done before the tariff hit the market.
