I am yulfikaRohma and am I'm 20 years old. Well I just graduated from brawijaya university majoring english literature. 3.. Why do you want this job?

Because the first thing that caught my eye when I saw the position posted was definitely that it was at this job is appropriate with my ability and my major. But the part that really spoke to me about this position was the chance to combine both the English skills I gained from being a graduated English literature and my passion to be a guide because it's related with my hobby. I

see this company not only as a positive work environment, but also as a good opportunity to have my skills and qualifications make a difference.

4.What is your greatest strengths and weakness?

My strengths are honest, friendly and responsible. While my weakness is actually i difficult to adapt with new person. (weakness dan strength ini gak appropriate sama job vacancy)

5. What salary are you seeking?

- So what kind of salary are you after?

“I’d be looking in the range of minimum 2 million to maximum 3 million rupiahs roughly figures, but as I said, the salary is less important to me than finding the right job position – if it is fine with you, I’d rather hold off on giving exact figures until I find out more about the role.”

6.Why should we hire you?

If i got dissatisfied customer,First I would apologize and then I will ask what makes them dissatisfied, what should I improve to make them satisfied. then of course I will try to be as they requested because for mebecause for us, the convenience and visitor satisfaction is more important than anything. we should make them enjoy on their trip.

9. We get a lot of irate and angry customers. How do you plan to deal with them?

First we ask about the problem and then We have to explain calmly and clearly about their complaints after that we have tried to solve their problem.
