PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Jake started his Commercial Real Estate career with SVN /Walt ArnoldCommercial Brokerage, Inc. in Albuquerque, NM after transitioning out ofactive duty service with the Navy. While working in Albuquerque, he guidedclients through commercial sales, leasing and investment transactions. Aftertwo years in the business, he accepted a position in Jacksonville, Florida tofocus on multi-family for SVN/Alliance Commercial Real Estate Advisors inJacksonville.

His entrepreneurial drive to recognize potential and follow-through with aplan of action are critical skills to be successful in Commercial Real Estate.His military background provides the team leadership and projectmanagement skills that help Jake’s clients move deals forward.

Jake remains a part-time military officer with the Naval Reserves where he isa staff officer at 4th Fleet in Mayport, FL. He earned a BS in Engineering fromthe Virginia Military Institute and an Executive MBA from the University ofNew Mexico.

Jake will be working alongside seasoned SVN/Alliance commercial real estateveterans. He looks forward to helping you create your own personalinvestment portfolio.

Jake is married and has a son. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time inthe Florida outdoors and making furniture in his woodshop.
