• Three 1.5 hour sessions per Case– Session 1: Uniprofessional, Scope of MY Practice– Sessions 2 and 3: Interprofessional• 9 students (from approximately 9 different professions)• 1 facilitator (faculty from any college)
• Case based vignettes• Total of 5 cases over the first year curriculum

• Case Conferences: Team-based discussions– Each profession takes the lead on a grand rounds
case– Students are expected to discuss the case and
contribute to collaborative care plans– Real and standardized cases are used• Examples: Diabetes, stroke, polypharmacy
• Interprofessional Observations– Difficult to schedule around curricula
