Usually hard working and are morecomfortable with things than with people
Most successful when little interaction isneeded, going by the book is valued andsubordinates need little supervision
Least successful when the job requireshigh interaction, in a high-risk teamproject that requires creativity and otherswant or need supervision

Thrive in situations where they can demonstratetheir expertise, experience and authority

Most successful when their expertise is needed, in atime of crisis or change, or when an immediatedecision is needed
Least successful when there are many personnelproblems, when others can make their owndecisions and when creativity is critical.
