Internet ServicesVodacom’s Business Services division is made up of various towers of

operations, with business units responsible for different areas of development, management and support. The Internet Services Business Unit focuses on delivering premium Business Internet Services, over a range of different Layer 2 and Layer 3 Access mediums.

Different Internet Access offerings are available, based on customer requirements with optional service level agreements associated in regards to availability, latency, packet loss and contention ratios.

In order to cater for various customer requirements, Vodacom has developed the following two categories of Internet access services:

• BIA – Broadband Internet Access• DIA – Dedicated Internet Access

These offerings meet the requirements of various market segments, namely:

• Enterprise/Corporate• SMME/SoHo• Business Partner Resellers• CPP Channel

Vodacom Business offers a premium Broadband Internet Access through various fixed and wireless access technologies, with low contention ratios:

• ADSL (Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line)• VSC – Vodacom Satellite Connect (Capped offerings only)

Different offerings are available based on the customer’s requirements:
