With our bespoke e-Commerce platform we were able to produce a programme that printed all the new orders in the system as a picking list with the order numbers on the picking list as barcodes. Once these barcodes are scanned in the warehouse, the order is automatically marked as dispatched.

Taking online bookings for pallet deliveries, once the order is completed and paid for the order is pushed into Haultech (Browns Distributions internal Haulage software). Palletonline also allows customers to log onto the site and pull back the status of their delivery even including GPS co-ordinates of the lorry delivering their pallet which is shown on an embedded map in the website. Once the delivery is complete and signed for the user can download copies of the POD (proof of delivery documents) and see the signature the second it is signed for.

Built on our standard e-tail solution with a number of bespoke developments including automatically generated mp3 previews of auto tracks uploaded. Email campaign management. The click through for certain campaigns can be monitored through the website.For UCB we also produced a Direct Debit donations interface where users could schedule recurring donations online.UCB2GO also has order management between Sage and the website to keep stock levels and order status accurate.
