YOUR INTO CENTREThe INTO Centre is located on campus close to everything you need, from the library to the Students’ Union, so you will be part of the University community from day one. Designed with you in mind, the Centre has all the facilities you need for a great study and social experience – including your accommodation (see page 9).

The Learning Resource Centre (LRC) has a range of books and study materials, and the IT and science labs provide opportunities for hands- on learning. You will also find plenty of areas to study and socialise, including the INTO Cafe and an outdoor courtyard.

SUPPORTING YOUFrom the moment you arrive, our Student Services team will help you settle into life in Norwich. Whether you’re opening a bank account, planning a trip, or you have a question about your studies, they are here to help.

We run visa and immigration workshops throughout the year and also offer one-to-one support. The INTO reception is open 24/7 and trained staff are there to assist students with any issues, however big or small, at any time of the day. There is even a 24-hour telephone helpline if you need to speak to someone outside of office hours, and we offer extra support for students under the age of 18.
