Dear Exhibitor!
This «Exhibitor Manual» is the integral part of the Contract for the participation at
the Forum «InterExpo».
With the help of this Manual you can order additional equipment to the standard stand,
order advertisement at the Forum and place information about your company in the
official catalog of the show.
All form have to be signed and stamped with the stamp of your company.
Please, pay attention to the deadline, indicated in each form of this Exhibitor Manual.
Forms №1,2,3 и 4 are obligatory to filling
Forms №5 fill in only in case if you order advertisement at the show.
Form№6 — is an example of the letter for the delivering cargo to the show.
It must be printed on the official blank of your company signed and stamped ( 3
original copies)

The note: 1) The Inscription on a sign board a standard font (the height of 10 sm) to 15 signs is included into the
payment for the standard stand. Cost of manufacturing of additional letters makes 8 EURO for unit 2) In a case when the stand has more than one open side, sign board becomes on all open parts of the stand.

Images of bad quality to execution aren't accepted. Cost of manufacturing of a logo can be individually defined depending on its complexity.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE EXHIBITOR IN THE EXHIBITION

relevantinformation in English and in Russian to the Organizer. If the total amount of information exceeds 400 characters, the Exhibitor shall be charged 6.00 Euro for each additional line (60 characters, spaces included). Should the Exhibitor wish to have his logo included into the catalogue, he shall provide a copy of the original
design. The cost of such inclusion is 50.00 Euro.
The information for the catalogue shall be submitted electronically, by e-mail to: [email protected], in word, txt format, stating the name of the Exhibition on the subject line. . Should the Exhibitor partially or in full fail to submit information for the catalogue, the Organizer shall not be responsible for the absence of
information or incomplete information (Russian or English) about the Exhibitor in the catalogue.

2) you just need to place an information stand at the entrance to the exhibition.
The cost of placing information stand for companies that do not have a stand at the exhibition is 300 EURO The cost of placing an information booth for companies with a stand at the exhibition – 150 EURO.
An information booth is provided by the customer.
3) you just need to place outdoor advertising at the exhibition ( of participating companies) – 80 EURO
4) placement of a banner on the website of the organizer:
1 month before the exhibition — 250 EURO, 2 months prior to exhibition 300 EURO , 6 months before the
exhibition – 720 EURO, 12 months - 1390EURO. 5) Placement of your company logo on external banners on the building of the exhibition complex during the
exhibition – 150EURO
6) Placement of your company logo in the printed materials ( leaflets and flyers), rasprostranennyh among the relevant audience – 150 EURO rubles

The letter shall be prepared in 3 copies and presented at the entrances and in the Administration office of
Gostiniiy Dvor on the day the exhibits are delivered. Two copies of the letter shall be retained by the Exhibitor for the removal of the exhibits after the Exhibition is over.
ATTENTION: We kindly ask you NOT TO SEND this letter to the Organizers of the Exhibition but to ensure that
an authorized representative of your company has it on the day of the arrival
The copy of letter required for the registration shall have the original stamp and signature
Should any problems arise with the delivery and removal of the exhibits, please contact the Organizers immediately.
