SPECIAL TERMS

FOR THE CONDUCT OF

SATELLITE & SUPER SATELLITE

TOURNAMENTS

The international Poker Tournament “Greek Poker Cup” will be

conducted in two (2) phases.

Phase 1 concerns the conduct of a sequence of Satellite & Super Satellite

Tournaments, according to Chapter A’ of the Special Terms for

Tournaments of the text which follows. The full prizes of € 500 of such

tournaments, as specified below, will be held by the Casino and will be

converted to entry stakes (= € 500) and tournament registration fees (= €

50), for each winning player of the following, Main Tournament (phase 2)

– Greek Poker Cup.

Phase 2 concerns the conduct of the Main Tournament, according to

Chapter B’ of the Special Terms of the specific Tournament, which shall

constitute a supplementary part of this section, and shall be

communicated and made available to the interested players.

CHAPTER A - PHASE 1

CONDUCT OF SATELLITE TOURNAMENT

SEQUENCE

1. PLACE OF CONDUCT

Satellite Tournaments will be held in the Card room of Casino

Loutraki.

2. NUMBER OF TABLES

Eight (8) 10-seat tables.

3. NUMBER OF PARTICIPATING PLAYERS

Up to eighty (80) each time.

4. TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE

Tournaments will be held on the following dates, at 15:00:

11-01-2015 01-02-2015

18-01-2015 08-02-2015

25-01-2015 15-02-2015

5. ENTRY STAKE

Seventy (70) Euro, which corresponds to the value of the chip

bank (tournament chips), of a total of five thousand points

(5,000).

6. TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION FEE

Fourteen point two percent (14.2 %) of the entry stake, which is

equal to ten (10) Euros. This amount will be paid by players. This

means that the total entry fee will amount to eighty (80) Euros.

CONDUCT OF SUPER SATELLITE

TOURNAMENT SEQUENCE

Super Satellite tournament will be held in the multipurpose centre.

7. NUMBER OF TABLES

Ten (10) 10-seat tables

8. NUMBER OF PARTICIPATING PLAYERS

Up to one hundred (100).

9. TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE

Tournament will be held on the following date, starting at 17:00.

10. ENTRY STAKE

One hundred (100) Euro, which corresponds to the value of the

chip bank (tournament chips), of a total of six thousand points

(6,000).

11. TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION FEE

Fifteen percent (15%) of the entry stake, which is equal to

fifteen (15) Euros. This amount will be paid by players. This

means that the total entry fee will amount to one hundred and

fifteen Euros (115 €).

The following terms will apply for all Satellites & Super Satellite

12. RE-BUYS

Not permitted.

13. SEATING ASSIGNMENT

By draw from the Casino. Seats are not transferable.

14. DETERMINING THE DEALER BUTTON POSITION

The dealer button will be determined by draw at table 1 and the

result of the draw in question will be applied to the rest of the

tables.

15. OTHER SPECIAL TERMS

The game is No Limit Texas Hold’em.

These special tournament terms will be available on the

Casino Loutraki web-site (www.clubhotelloutraki.gr)

Players are responsible to familiarise themselves with the

tournament terms.

All Satellite qualifiers to the Main Event will play on Day 1B.

In the event where a player wins more than one seat

(through Satellites for the Main Event), he/she should use

the 1st seat won and all other seats will be paid in cash, to

the equivalent of the entry stake + registration fee. Seats won

through Satellite are not transferable.

Participants can only register once to the Main Event.

Applications for participation will be accepted only at the

Main Cash Desk of the Casino, prior to the start of the

tournament, the latest ten minutes before the start of each

Event on the tournament day, upon payment of the entry

stake and the registration fee.

Candidates can obtain the Tournament Participation

application form from the Main Cash Desk during

registration.

Applications for participation will be accepted based on strict

order of priority.

Tournaments will not be conducted in the presence of

players or invited spectators who are not participating in the

tournament, meaning they will not be allowed to remain in

the area where tournaments are conducted.

Blind bets are increased regularly, according to the tables

attached hereto.

Any bet increase indicated by the tournament MIS system

will take place after the completion of the hand in progress.

A hand starts when the dealer starts shuffling the cards.

If two or more players at the same table are eliminated from

the tournament during the same hand, the player with the

higher chip count at the start of the hand will receive the

higher finishing place.

If two or more players are eliminated from the tournament at separate tables, each eliminated player will be assigned a

lower place than the player eliminated after him, and if it is impossible to determine which player was eliminated first,

the prize involved will be split equally.

Player chips and the highest denomination of chips must be

visible at all times on the table. Players may not have in their pockets tournament chips while chips from other

games are not permitted on the table.

Players wishing to use their cell phones must step away from

the table.

In case of cancellation of Main Event, all Satellite winners will

be paid in full (€ 550).

16. ANNOUNCING WINNERS – AWARDING TOURNAMENT

PRIZES FOR SATELLITE ( 80 PLAYERS)

The total prize consists of the total chips bought in Euro, of all

players participating each time to the specific tournament. The

prize in question is awarded between the first up to and

including the eleventh player in ranking order, as follows:

- 1st winner: 550 Euro

- 2nd winner: 550 Euro or if not sufficient, any amount

remaining after the payment of the 1st winner.

- 3rd winner: 550 Euro or if not sufficient, any amount

remaining after the payment of the 2nd winner.

- 4th winner: 550 Euro or if not sufficient, any amount

remaining after the payment of the 3rd winner.

17. ANNOUNCING WINNERS – AWARDING TOURNAMENT

PRIZES FOR SUPER SATELLITE( 100 PLAYERS)

The total prize consists of the total chips bought in Euro, of all

players participating each time to the specific tournament

The prize in question is awarded between the first up to and

including the nineteenth player in ranking order, as follows:

- 1st winner: 550 Euro

- 2nd winner: 550 Euro or if not sufficient, any amount

remaining after the payment of the 1st winner.

- 3rd winner: 550 Euro or if not sufficient, any amount

remaining after the payment of the 2nd winner.

Any prize above less than 550 Euro is awarded to the winner

from the Casino.

Each full prize of 550 Euro above is held by the Casino, and is

replaced and becomes respectively the entry stake (€ 500) and

the tournament registration fee (= € 50) of the following main

tournament (phase 2) - Greek Poker Cup which will be

conducted in Casino Loutraki, under the special terms and

conditions mentioned in Chapter B’.

18. The penalties stipulated in the Regulations will be imposed on

players who violate the Regulations.

19. The pre-determined time by which players must act is the time

stipulated in the Regulations.

20. The sequence of Satellite & Super Satellite tournaments of the

specific phase shall be conducted according to the Hellenic

Rules as stipulated in the Government Gazette, Issue B, 6

September 2010.

21. The following tables constitutes an integral part of the Special

Terms of this phase and shows the structure of bets, their

change every twenty (20) minutes, and the programming of 10-

minute breaks after one hour and twenty minutes of

tournament conduct for the Satellites and after one hour of

tournament play for the Super Satellite.

22. The document which follows constitutes an integral part of the

Special Terms of the present phase, showing the application for

participation for the Satellites submitted according to the above

in the Main Cash Desk of the Casino, prior to the start of each

tournament.

23. The document which follows constitutes an integral part of the

Special Terms of the present phase, showing the application for

participation for the Super Satellite, submitted according to the

above in the Main Cash Desk of the Casino, prior to the start of

each tournament.

These terms concern phase 1, while for phase 2 which concerns the

conduct of the Main Event, Chapter B’, with the Special Terms of the

Tournament in question, will be added in due time.

SUPPLEMENTARY TERMS

CONDITIONS & REGULATIONS

On a commercial level, Casino Loutraki has agreed to observe a Code of Ethics, aiming at promoting the commercial interests of its company and to safeguard its reputation and clientele.

The following Supplementary Special Terms, Conditions & Regulations constitute a minimum level of securing the above aim and are made available to entrants so as to be aware of them and agree to them, as follows:

Publicity (video and photo shooting, filming and use of player names) a. For promotion and publicity reasons filming, video shootings and photo shootings are allowed

during the tournaments for transmission and broadcast as a delayed television series broadcast either live or recorded, in all forms of media (TV, printed media, internet etc.).

b. Players participating in the above tournaments of GREEK POKER CUP 4, are required to permit

their image and full name to be shown on television internationally, without restriction and in all forms of media (print, online, etc.). Participation in the GREEK POKER CUP 4 is taken as that player giving their consent to the above broadcast and publicity.

c. Players participating in the GREEK POKER CUP 4 have resigned from the entire copyright

throughout the world in any film and /or video or other recordings of themselves taken or made during any stage of the GREEK POKER CUP 4 tournament.

d. Players must be willing to attend press conferences or / and television interviews at any

reasonable time during any GREEK POKER CUP 4 tournament, if requested by the organizers.

Completing, signing and submitting the participation form above at any stage / phase of the

tournament, means that you agree to and accept such terms.
