For the ninth time in its history, METPACK brought the entire world of metal packaging to one place. As the largest and most important international trade fair for manufacturers of metal packaging machines, it offered an unprecedented variety of products and services with over 300 exhibitors from 27 nations. Over 7,200 professional visitors from 104 countries once again made METPACK the most important sales platform worldwide, as 86 % of the visitors were decision-makers with purchasing and procurement responsibilities. This was reflected in their spending power: more than every third visitor placed orders directly at the fair, usually in the six-figure range. With an investment volume of 1.6 billion Euros, METPACK once again surpassed itself, confirming its top position worldwide. About 90 % of the visitors plan to return in 2020. Be sure not to miss it!

On Wednesday, 6 May 2020 between 8.45 a.m. and 1.30 p.m., a range of renowned experts will exclusively present an overview of the latest research results and new production technologies in scientific and technical lectures. Afterwards, you can exchange ideas with other experts, build new networks and collect valuable ideas.

METPACK INNOVATION AWARD Obtain first-hand insights into the future of metal packaging – with the METPACK INNOVATION AWARD. An international jury of experts evaluates entries and distributes gold, silver or bronze awards during the fair for particularly innovative developments. The focus is on cost reduction and quality enhancements in metal packaging production.
