Patria is one of the leading providers of aviation life cycle supportand structural integrity management services in Europe. Ourcapabilities cover a wide variety of services from damage and repair

analysis to design of preventive modifications and structural health monitoring programmes.Patria brings advanced visualisation techniques to structural fatigue monitoring throughneural networks; the first application of which was on the F/A-18 Hornet. This innovationbrings the power of advanced visualisation techniques using virtual reality into our workenvironment. All this world class knowledge of structural integrity management helps ourcustomers reduce their capital investment by forecasting and preventing problems associatedwith aeronautical fatigue. Service life extension is therefore often an attractive option insteadof buying new aircraft. Even rebuilding a crashed aircraft can sometimes be economicallyfeasible as we have successfully demonstrated several times. Patria’s structural analysis andrepair capabilities were applied with great success to a life extension programme of theFinnish Air Force Hawk Mk51 fleet. Website: www.patria.fi
