With competitive co-op streams in popular programs including Computer Science and Conservation Biology, students get hands-on with organizations like the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry (right here on campus!), Parks Canada and conservation authorities.

Trent students in virtually every program can earn academic credit in a variety of hands-on learning settings throughout Ontario and beyond. Our internship and placement programs offer students the chance to translate your academic knowledge into career-boosting experiences.
COMPUTER SCIENCE CO-OP This competitive new co-op option provides Computer Science students
with the opportunity to gain invaluable hands-on experience in the field over three paid work terms. Students complete a 12-month co-op and gain a competitive edge when they enter the job force.
