- To align company values with employee needs.

- To provide an inspirational environment that employees will be proud to

life into are a perfect base for motivational messaging that can also stand

- Conceptual representations of evocative messaging, derivedfrom the central theme of Regenerating Hope.

- On the conscious level thevisually light and smart graphicaltreatment creates a perception of beauty.

- Subconsciously, the words and imagery attempt to inspirewithout being dictatorial, so that employees can relate to it fromtheir own view, circumstances and feelings.

- Nature: Concepts are inspired by references from nature, thegreatest inspirational canvas that there is

- Circle: Graphical elements are formed by the logo form in itsmost simplistic representation

- The colour Green: The colour as depicted in the logo and allvisual representations of Stempeutics

- DNA: The thread of life that connects, from one reference to the

other, used here to connect one board/concept to another

-Use of words only beginning with Re - Re meaning again

-Words beginning with Re seamlessly connect the overall themetogether, and reinforce the aspect of Regenartion

- Every word reflects a sequence in nature

- It also attempts to relate to specific areas spatially, to bring severallayers of meaning to ensure the message is lasting and dynamic,day after day

- Meaning:

Reproduce -produce something very similar in a differentmedium or contextRejuvenate - make someone or something look or feel better,

younger or more vitalRegenerate -formed or created again, restored to a better,

higher, or more worthy state

- Rationale: Water symbolises the life-giving essence. It is alsosymbolic of a womb that holds life. Fish is a symbol of fertility,transformation and flow of life in several mythologies. A little fishnext to its mother completes thevisual sequence showing re-creational process of life. It works for the womens washroom areabecause, awoman is the ultimate life-giver and keeper of lifescycle of regeneration.

- Meaning:

Reawaken - emerge or cause to emerge again, awaken againRenew -give fresh life or strength toRe-incarnate - be born again

- Rationale: With the blooming of a flower from a sapling, thissequence takes the theme of metamorphosis forward, beginning

with the pupa-butterfly. A sapling is reawakened from sleep togive life to a plant. It grows into a vibrant plant, renewing life, andis reincarnated into a fully bloomed attractive flower, hence re-

affirming life.

- Rationale: The sun is the vessel ofhope, vitality and new energy.One of the fundamental elements that sustain life. Combined with

water, its rejuvenating impact on life is doubled, reviving andrekindling from the very core. Finance is one of the pillars of anorganisation, which sustains and rejuvenates unquestionably.

- Rationale: Earth replenishes our needs and nourishes us. It

supports us from within. The hand symbolises the generosity ofMother Earth and the earth pouring out holds the essence of lifethat sustain us. Server and Finance are very important supportstructures for any organisation, integral to its smoothfunctioning and sustained growth.

It is dedicated to theemployees on whose strong shoulders entire organisations run,sustained by the pillars ofhard work and dedication.

- Meaning: imbue (something) with new life and vitality

- Location: Pantry - sequence 1

- Rationale:A bee, a plant and a honeycomb - simple symbols ofcreation, transformation and sustenance. A bee takes itssustenance from a plant which gives without question. The nectarforms the honeycomb, symbolising thewomb that carries andnourishes. Apantry is a place of receiving nourishment and thesequences embody its inherent purpose; that of re-affirming life.

- Rationale: Sweet fruits of life, grapes turn into delicious nectar tonourish and ease fatigue. Grapes, refreshing fruits in themselves, area fitting imagery that symbolises vitality, health, nourishment andrevival of the spirit.

- Meaning: to restore to life or consciousness

- Location: R&D Cabin

- Rationale: The sequence of procreation is brought forward herewith a mother bird bringing home food to feed her little ones. Itis a reaffirmation of the bond between a mother and her children. Ofdependency and a natural instinct to protect. The imagerymirrors the cycle showing the preparation of life that precedes it, theprocreation, the building of the nest and the birth, and the re-affirmation. A mother feeding her child not only reaffirms theaspect of giving life, but also of sustaining it.

Concept: Re-birth

- Meaning: a new or second birth: the rebirth of the soul

- Location: Opp R&D Cabin

- Rationale: Everything that lives must die. And everything thatdies is born again. That is the philosophy of regeneration and theprinciple of life. The tree with its leaves falling off symbolises it in itsentirety because we know that the inevitability ofleaves that falltoday are balanced with the almost magical aspect of their re-growth, with renewed vitality, tomorrow. Such is the nature oflife.
