In 2006, Mr Lam Cong Tin – Chairman of Alliance Construction and Trading Company started this
business because he saw a need for high quality, durable and beautiful interior exterior furniture. And
the first factory was built and run in Thu Duc, Ho Chi Minh
With a great passion for this business, he continues to service that need today by designing, offering
and supplying the luxury and hi-end products for the high use.
With much of the original furniture still in use and well recognized at all worldwide brands of hotels
and resorts in Vietnam, we believe our Alliance philosophy and strong quality standards have proven
themselves over the years.
The great reputation in hi-end and luxury residential and hospitality furniture urges Mr Tin to build
a new 50,000m2 factory in Long An with all automatic woodworking/ panel automatic machinery
from Italy (BIESSE, BACCI & MAKOR) and also lacquer/ spray system from Germany
(HOMAG). Besides, his great understanding about export standard to Europe and the US added a
big advantage for running the factory while it is managed by experienced expats and skillful
employees.

Alliance Construction and Trading wasestablished in 2006 by Mr Lam Cong Tin in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Alliance company specializes in the interior decoration and construction for 5-star hotels, luxurious resorts, restaurants, luxurious apartments, ect,... throughout Vietnam. Alliance’s projects have demonstrated our skills in compliance with aestheic and quality strict requirements to create harmonious and perfect buildings far exceeding our customers’ expectation. Besides luxury interior and exterior furniture for hotels and resorts, Alliance is also recognized as a quality trusted vendor for indoor and outdoor furniture exporting to the US and Europe.
We have 220 staffs, 2,000 employees including 600 working in factory with 50,000 m2 in total area
and 1,400 working at site. Our factory is equipped with high technology machinery and professional finishing lines imported from Italy and Germany. We specialize in white and red oak, beech, ash, acacia, walnut, teak, mahogany, MDF and plywood.
Our Mission is to produce quality furniture with the lowest production cost and on time delivery. We strictly control every production processes with transparent quality standards to make products with consistent quality. Besides, our high tech and modern automatic machinery contribute lots to lower the labour cost while accompanying with accurate process.
