Space Programming Analysis FMG will meet with the Client’s designated representative(s) to determine the general design theme and desired image for Client. FMG will review the architectural drawings, specifications, construction budget and facility constraints. FMG will discuss with the Client a preliminary concept for the furnishing requirements, which will include the goals of the interior and describe the proposed solutions. Generate a projection of current and future personnel head count. Establish the amount of square feet required for each position type. Determine the amount of space needed over time (usually a one- to-three year horizon). Define the quality of space required to support your business activities. Design Development

FMG will establish and present to the Client, following approval of the space plan, interior design concept by means of floor plans, color boards and colored renderings reflecting the design theme and the Client’s desired image. When the interior design concept has been approved, FMG will prepare the drawings and specifications necessary to accomplish the design details. This phase includes furniture specifications necessary for purchasing purposes. FMG’s responsibility in regard to such work is limited to that which concerns appearance (i.e., location of lighting, electrical outlets, telephone outlets, furniture and partitions).

Assess the image that you wish to project to your customers and employees.

Create a selection of colors and finishes in collaboration with your company’s representatives.

Financial Analysis - Project Costs

Identify the quality and functional attributes of construction, furnishings and equipment required.

Estimate all costs pertaining to relocation, demolition, construction, furnishings, equipment and professional fees for each option.

Furnishing Analysis

Assess each position type to establish the amount and type of workspace and storage space required.

Inventory existing furnishings to assess condition, adequacy and remaining life.

Make recommendations of which existing furnishings to retain or repair.

Present an objective, systematic process to assess the viability of new furniture products and their
