BP Berau Ltd invites potential bidders to participate in prequalification process forBid No. 4420000699. This bid No.4420000699 shall refer to Pedoman Tata KerjaNo. 007 REVISI/PTK/l/2011, as amended on SKK Migas Decree letter no.KEP-0066/SKK00000/20I3/S0 dated 3 April 2013 and other amendment(s) ("theprevailing Pedoman Tata Kerja No. 007") as work procedure guideline on supplychain management for Contractors under Production Snaring Contract (PSC).
GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK
Contractor to provide project management support to Company for the executionof Onshore LNG FEED (Front End Engineering Design), which is part of theTangguh Expansion Project. The scope of work includes but not limited totechnical consultancy, project management services, quality managementservices, and other required project resources and services.

5. Valid original and copies of Certificate of Company's Registration (TDP)
(For bidder who has already acquired BP'S Vendor Registration Certificate ("SKTBP"), please submit copy of your SKT BP and you don't need to submit documents
from no. 4 and 5 above)
6. Commitment Letter to achieve minimum Local Content requirement as requestedabove, signed over stamp Rp. 6000.
7. For Bidder registers as Domestic Company shall submit a Statement of DomesticCompany and supported with Company's Notarial Deed or Statement of Truth fromLegal Consultant.
Upon registration, bidders must collect Prequalification Documents and submit thesaid document on the following location and date:
