1. The meeting was called to order at 12:11.

11. The following clubs were present: Aggies, Baha'i Association, Black Student Union, Christians on Campus, E.T.c., French Club, Gay Student Union, International Student Union, Karate Club, S.A.N.E., Ski Club, TEC, Wargamers, Society f.or Creative Anachronism, Solace.

111. The agenda was approved.

Vl. The minutes were approved. A. Eorr.ection in spelling of Haha'i.

v. Reports: A. Jennifer gave a welcome report to all ICC members.

Agenda posted on the wall. B. Bob gave a welcome and advisors report on Club days

and Club meeting rooms. Community Services will give clubs temporary meeting rooms. See Bob for a form.

C. ClUb information and signature cards for accounts must show at least two signatures for funds to be released. Must have approval for money making request in and complete, must be put on the agenda for ICC. ·

V. Reports A. Gene called roll for Pol Sci 50 & 51. Parl. Procedure meets

on Wednesdays from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m., you can get 1 unit. I.c.c. representatives can take class for 1 unit also. Must attend all I.c.c. meetings for credit. Club mail0oxes should be in order by next week. Open agenda on far wall.

B. Jennifer's report. Songwriters Club/ Oakleaf wants to do an article on the elub, representative please contact Jennifer. Fundraiser-Art Auction and Island Whip Machines five different machines any clubs interested notify Jennifer. Clausen for Congress- needs club to sponsor him to speak on campus.

V. Reports: A. Jennifer gave report on Club Days. I .C.C. heeds a CSA rep~ ·

resentative to attend CSA meetings on Mondays at 3:00 to 5:00p.m. CSA-I.c.c.-Hyde Park Code help support changes in code. Boys Club looking for coaches.

B. Bob gave report about Club information sheets; get them in as soon as possible. Club Days Thursday 9/30 and Friday 10/ 1; needs volunteers to help clean up, two or three people. Roll call for all clubs active on campus.

VI. Appointments: A. Vice Chairman-Chad Spooner appointed.

VII. Club Constitution: A. International Student revise the club constitution, moved-second-passed. B. Archaeology instated as a new club, moved- second-passed.

I. The meeting was called to order at 12:10 p.m.

II. Roll Call, absent: Alpha Gamma Sigma, Black Student Un:lon, Mecha, Stop the War Machine, Back Pack Club.



v. Reports: A. Bob asked the clubs to return their club informatlon sheet as soon

as possible. B. Megan gave a report about CSA - voter informations are offered in the

SAO and also asked everyone to fill out a counselor evaluation sheet.

VI. Appointments: None

VII. Club Constitutions: A. A motion was made to accept Agnostics on campus . Discussion ensued. M/S

A motion was made to vote immediately. M/S/C A motion was made to adjourn. M/S Discussion, motion defeated. We then voted on the original motion to accept Agnostics as an active club on campus and was passed.

B. A motion was made to accept the R~ta Club as an active club on campus. M/S/C

VIII. Ad hoc Committees: None

IX. Old Business: · A. Used Book Faire is on Wed. 10/27 from 10:00a.m. -2: 00p.m. Please volunteer!!!

The sign up sheet is posted up on the bulletin board next to Bob's office. B. The ICC Flea Market will be held on 11/7, all clubs should participate.

x. New Business : A. ASS Election Petitions will be available on Friday, we encourage you

and your interested friends to run for office. B. The Blood Drive will be held on 11/19. Please take this information back

to your club. We're asking for donations of cookies and juice as well as blood.

c. A motion was made to allow Solace to sponsor an off campus speaker on 11/1 at noon. M/S/C

XI. Money Making Requests: A. TEC Raffle will be postponed until the next meeting. B. A motion was made to allow Aggies to have a Char les Belden Memorial

raffle on 11/30. M/S/C c. A motion was made to allow the Writer's Guild to have a raffle on 11/S.M/S/C D. Ski Club announced their Halloween Dance to be held this Friday, and

asked for FA system to make the announcement to the students. E. A motion was made to allow Tom Perett to sell his jewelry on campus. M/S/C

Repo<rts: a. Bob reported that I.C.C. worked better

with the Associated Students. Club Day was excellent compared to the past two semesters. Over half of the full-time day students participated. Thank you very much.
