CHEMEX BREWING INSTRUCTIONS 24 luid oz o water at 206F or 97C 55 g o ground co ee pre-wet chemex paper ilter (pre erably bleached) Place pre-wet ilter in the Chemex brewer. Add ground co ee. Place 24 luid oz o hot water into an insulated pitcher or vessel. Begin pre-in usion o the co ee by pouring 4 oz o water onto the grounds as evenly as possible. Allow the grounds to “bloom”, expanding as the water is absorbed. Once the “bloom” begins to all, evenly pour the water over the grounds in a spiral ashion starting in the center o the chamber working your way to the outer edge. As the water in the top chamber begins to trans er into the bottom chamber, maintain a consistent water level in the top chamber. This will require multiple pours. Once all o the pre-dosed water has been distributed to the top chamber, allow 1 - 2 minutes or the brew to complete and the co ee to trans er into the bottom chamber. Remove the ilter CAFÉ SOLO BREWING INSTRUCTIONS 28 luid oz o water at 206F or 97C 60 g o coarsely ground co ee (approximate size o sea salt) Place the zippered jacket on the Solo cara e. Pre-heat the cara e with hot water, empty cara e. Add ground co ee. Pour the pre-dosed amount o water in to cara e swi tly to saturate all grounds. The co ee will “bloom”, rising up to the neck o the cara e. A ter 45 seconds, stir the grounds to ensure complete saturation. (6 ull stirs is recommended.) Place metal sieve collar on the cara e ollowed by the circular stopper. Allow 3 – 4 minutes or extraction. Keep the stopper and t he sieve secure in the cara e. Serve by gently pouring the cara e into chosen vessel. Enjoy SYPHON POT BREWING INSTRUCTIONS 21 uid oz o pre-heated water 45-55 g o ground coee pre-wet cloth flter Pour 21 luid oz o pre-heated water into the bottom globe-shaped chamber. Rinse the ilter with warm water. Place the ilter in the top chamber and a ix it through the stem. Activate the butane burner and apply high heat. As the water boils in the bottom chamber, it will begin to syphon into the top chamber. Once 3/ 4 o the water is in the top chamber, add ground co ee. Immediately stir the co ee in a circular motion six times to ensure even wetting. (6 ull stirs is recommended.) Start your timer. A ter 30 seconds, reduce the lame to medium-low. A ter 90-120 seconds, stir the co ee in a circular motion six more times. Immediately cut the lame and set the burner aside. Co ee will soon begin to siphon down into the bottom chamber. Gently remove the top chamber and set aside. NOTES remember,  there are countless ways to make a good cup o coee, and each brew is subject to the taste o the coee drinker, so please use our instructions as a base or your own personal methods and experiments, and enjoy.

• Remove the ilter

CAFÉ SOLO BREWING INSTRUCTIONS28 luid oz o water at 206F or 97C60 g o coarsely ground coee

(approximate size o sea salt)

• Place the zippered jacket on t he Solo carae.

• Pre-heat the carae with hot water, empty carae.

• Add ground coee.

• Pour the pre-dosed amount o water in to carae

switly to saturate all grounds.• The coee will “bloom”, rising up to the neck o

the carae.

• Ater 45 seconds, stir the grounds to ensure

complete saturation. (6 ull stirs is recommended.)

• Place metal sieve collar on the carae ollowed by

the circular stopper.

• Allow 3 – 4 minutes or extraction.

• Keep the stopper and t he sieve secure in the carae.

• Serve by gently pouring the carae into chosen
