Activity • The Facilitator will read a series of statements.

Each participant will need to decide if he/she agrees or disagrees with the statement. There is no middle ground. They will need to choose a side.

• The activity will be done in silence. There should be no talking, laughing, snickering, or nonverbal messages.

• In addition, it is imperative that we respect the dignity of each person who is here. All that is shared should remain confidential.
