1 DXC Procurement Solution’s Timesheet module enables employees to enter timesheets using the user-friendly browser interface or mobile devices. Timesheets can be routed to any number of reviewers based on dynamic routing policies. For example, transactions can be automatically routed to project managers, project business managers, employee managers, and others. DXC Procurement Solution’s advanced workflow engine can use any criteria to determine an approval path, such as project, cost category, bill type, position, department, pay code, hours, daily totals, project customer and any other field in related tables. Approved Timesheets create corresponding Employee Timesheet records in Microsoft Dynamics GP and Microsoft Dynamics SL. Today’s busy schedules demand employees take advantage of time both in and away from the office. DXC Procurement Solution allows users to enter time from their mobile devices. In addition to reviewing and approving timesheets from their mobile devices, approvers can review line detail and notes, send questions, respond to questions and forward documents.
