licence number FSP 47507. We are a Level 1 B-BBEE insurance advisor and

broker as well as a correspondent of Lloyd’s of London which gives us much

needed international expertise.

We bring to the fore a unique combination of resources and expertise from

qualified short term insurance professionals with a combined experience in

excess of 100 years. Full details of individual expertise are contained within

Our business is focussed on personal lines, commercial and corporate

insurance as well as reinsurance broking. Our value proposition is to advise

and assist clients in the comparison of the best product with the most

suitable excess structures at the best possible price.

ILONA HILDITCH Managing Director

Experience:

Ilona has over 33 years experience in the short-term insurance industry. She spent several years

as the head of a direct marketing division within Alexander Forbes where she was responsible

for business growth, strategy and product development and servicing. She was the appointed

as the Executive for Marketing and Advertising for the insurance business where she served for

the majority of her career. She managed a highly successful team and assisted the executive

committee in creating the successful and well known brand that Alexander Forbes Insurance

(AFI) enjoys today.

Ilona was also tasked with the creation of an outbound call centre for (AFI). Not only did she

create and establish this call centre but she managed and ran it for 9 successful years

generating 100s of millions of Rands in revenue for the company.

Experience:

Malesela, has 13 years experience within the financial services sector. Malesela’s specialty lies

within the short-term insurance industry. He started as a call centre agent at Jorgensen Lascaris

Financial Services where he was their top sales consultant. His journey in short-term insurance

started with the Telesure group before moving to Alexander Forbes Insurance where he was the

top national sales consultant for 2013/2014 and 2014/2015 winning several accolades within

the company.

Malesela was promoted to a business support manager within Forbes before being promoted

again to the National Business support manager for the entire business.

manager.. His insurance knowledge and determination to succeed has served him well over the

last 10 years.

Experience:

Yondie., has 11 years working experience in sales, marketing and business development in the

short-term insurance industry and FMCG. Yondie was a relationship and consumer relations

expert within the Bidvest group and worked as a business development executive at

Outsurance. She has exceptional experience and knowledge of the business insurance space

dealing with significant commercial insurance portfolios.

Yondie adds numerous year of personal lines experience to her business insurance knowledge

making her an all rounder in the short-term insurance space.

Experience:

Garikai (known as Gidion by the team), has 15 years experience in the short-term insurance

industry with exception skills in reinsurance. Gidion has worked for most major reinsurance

brokers within sub Saharan Africa. He has managed Pan African programmes in the

telecommunication, finance and manufacturing sectors.

Gidion’s expert knowledge and experience in the reinsurance space accompanied by his

business insurance abilities and qualifications makes him the perfect candidate for all your

insurance and reinsurance needs.

Experience:

Mohammed, has over 10 years experience in the short-term insurance industry starting in a call

centre environment making outbound sales. Mohammed quickly moved up into the broker

space as a broker consultant. He forged many relationships with brokers in the northern Natal

region.

Mohammed moved to SA home loans to assist in kick starting their short-term insurance

division before moving to Alexander Forbes Insurance in Durban as a business development

consultant. From this position Mohammed catapulted his career through his work ethic to

become the regional new businesses development manager for the KwaZulu Natal province.

Buli, has 11 years working experience in the short-term insurance industry. She is skilled in

over the phone sales for MTN. She has worked for direct insurers like Auto & General and in the

broker space at Okeef and Swartz.

Buli, was a highly decorated and celebrated sales consultant at Outsurance for many years

before joining the Alexander Forbes Insurance family. She excelled at Forbes and won top sales

consultants for numerous months in a row .

Steven, has had 5 years experience in the short-term insurance industry specialising in lead

marketing implementation. Steven was instrumental in developing and implementing the

Alexander Forbes Insurance digital and social media strategies.

Steven, has gained a vast amount of knowledge and experience from the short-term insurance

world and has become involved in sales, service, management and many other roles beyond

marketing and branding.

Debra manages our servicing and claims department as the senior

consultant. She is our point of entry for clients queries. Her

dedication to client service and customer experience is unmatched

given her years experience with international insurance houses. Her

friendly demeanour and knowledge of all insurance related

matters is what allows her to exceed clients expectations. She has

an NQF level 4 qualification with 152 credits in short-term

Insurance. She is an RE Representative.
