1.Application:

ZY Series is used to treat various unqualified insulating oils,including aging transformer oil,mutual inductor oil,switch oil and so on.

This type of machine can degas, dewater, removing the impurities of insulating oil quickly and effectively. It improves the value of voltage value, oil dielectric strength, extends oil service life and make sure electrical equipment work safely. The power station and mine mainly use the machine to deal with transformer oil,mutual inductor oil, switch oil and so on.

2.Feature:

1, This machine is small, hi-efficient conveniently. And it can live operated with electrical, vacuum oiling the power equipment and dry moisture of power equipment.

2, This machine equips with infrared liquid auto-control device, which can have the balance the quantity of outlet oil and inlet oil, so this machine can operate on-line without person.

3. Adopt interlocked protective system, which connect oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor.

4. High-Efficiency electric heating system, heating oil uniformity, avoid oil deterioration in the process

5. All necessary control switch, light indicator and meter are equipped on the control panel which provides easy control for operation and supervision.

.Work Principle 1. Work principle &Flow chart: The oil is injected in the primary filter through oil inlet valve, when the oil purifier starts working. The big impurities are purified, and the oil including particles released into vacuum tank after heating. Under the low vacuum pressure and deaeration element, the vapor is separated from oil and vaporized quickly then condensate into water by cooler or drained away by vacuum system. The oil without any water is transferred into secondary filter and precision filter through oil pump then is eliminated all impurities. At last, we get the purified oil.
