Rauckman formulation and process results in a light weight and highly flexible glove, without compromising safety.

The curved hand design allows a more natural position for the worker’s hands. The fingers of the Rauckman design are round and not "squared off" which also enhances wearing comfort.

Class 0 voltage rating is available in sizes from 7 through 121/2 including half sizes in black and red single color designs in 11", 14" and 16" lengths.

Rauckman Utility Products’ electrically insulating rubber gloves are manufactured in the United States of America and mark a breakthrough in the method of producing electrically insulating rubber gloves.

Unlike traditional methods of using latex rubber that is dried and then reconstituted using Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), the Rauckman method uses fresh latex rubber that is never dried and does not require any VOCs.

Another unique benefit of the Rauckman formulation is that no fillers such as kaolin (clay) are used which results in a lighter weight and more flexible glove.

ASTM D120 Compliance

Rauckman Utility Products’ electrically insulating rubber gloves meet all requirements included in the latest revision of ASTM D120 - Standard Specification for Rubber Insulating Gloves.

As defined by ASTM D120 the Rauckman formulation is a Type I Natural Rubber. In production 100% of the gloves are proof tested for 3-minutes at the appropriate test voltage and the leakage current is monitored and recorded throughout the entire electrical test.
