Instruction of Mini ELIDE FIRE extinguishing ball Installationfor automatic fire surveillance in the engine rooms.

Installing devices in the engine rooms

• Useful life of product for the engine room is 3 years from the date of installation.• Should install the Mini ELIDE FIRE® extinguishing ball at the engine room above the risk areas at fuel valve, the electrical wire distributes.• To install for automatic fire surveillance, only the engine room and the car console.• Mini ELIDE FIRE® extinguishing ball must be placed on the holder which the arrowhead vertical putting up.

• Sound Level : 90-110 dB (Impact Noise ACGIH 1999 Standard)• Usability and storage temperature : Not lower than -40 ˚C and not exceed than 90 ˚C• Mini ELIDE FIRE® extinguishing ball will not automatic activate itself in temperature 100 °C without touching to the flame of fire only• Passed the efficiency tests and researches by Department of Science Service No.L60/06537.1 and L60/06538.1*Remark : The temperature in the car engine room will increase to 85 °C during traffic jams but the cooling fan will work automatically within 60 seconds and the temperature will decrease to normal at 38 °C – 39 °C

extinguishing ball for automatic fire surveillance for engine rooms• Do not disassemble the product because Mini ELIDE FIRE® extinguishing ball may get damaged.• Do not ignite it.• Do not install nearby the exhausted pipes in the engine room because Mini ELIDE FIRE® may get damaged.• Do not throw or roll for extinguishing the fire.• If the chemical powder goes into your eyes, just cleanse by water immediately.• When the ball activated, it should be cleansed by water and wipe to dry every time to avoid the rust.• The Mini ELIDE FIRE® extinguishing ball has been sealed to prevent the water spray. It should not let it touches with water directly.• In case of washing the engine room, Mini ELIDE FIRE® extinguishing ball covered by proper materials to avoid touching with water.• After the expiration of product, perforate the Mini ELIDE FIRE® extinguishing ball then landfill under a tree to fertilize.
