Make sure the filter Is clean and lubed!(doesnt need to beTaken off!)

Remove rebound dial with 2 mm allen key

Remove blue dial

Use Shimano BB tool to undo upper collar

Remove both split rings

Loosen pre-load lock rings

Unscrew top cap from damping shaft with

19mm and 9 mm (flats on shaft) open wrench

If needed, the rebound and TM dial assembly can be takenAppart and cleaned!

Pull rubber and white plastic spacer from shaft

Remove valve cap

Unscrew lower plug with 24 mm socket

Pull lower plug and bladderfrom lower leg

Drain oil into wais oil container

Pull tuning spindle (3mm hex) from damping shaft

Unthread oil plug body with long 17 mm socket

What does the IFP do?

Air above IFP functions as top out for 100mm position

How does TM work?

When blue TM dial is turned, a portIs shut and captures oil inside the TMBody, which reduces the total stroke.

Carefully removeIFP from TravelManagement body

(dont damage theSurface!)

Remove both quad rings, clean pistonAnd replace quad rings with new ones.

Remove all O-rings fromTravel Management body,Clean body and renew allO-rings!

Slide IFP over re-Bound shaft!

Position IFP settingTool between IFP and Outside collar of re-Bound shaft (notInside!)

Respect position!

Slide Travel managementBody over fixed IFP. DontDamage seals!

(sorry, this o-ring should notBe missing!!!)

When Travel management body isFully over rebound shaft (bothGrooves must be visable!)

remove IFP setting tool.

To check if IFPSetting is correct,Push TM bodyDown and releaseSuddenly!

Body should bounce

Back as shown inPictures!

Insert rebound shaft with TM bodyAnd SPV valve. Tighten top cap

With long 17 mm socket!

Fill telescope with oil fromBottom, while pulling rebound Shaft up and down to bleed

System.Use 155 ccl in total.

If SPV volumeAdjust looks likethis, thread back inuntill it looks like

picture at bottom!Before reinstalling.

Make sure to remove

O-rings, clean partsAnd renew O-ringsBefore re-assembling.

Make sure SPV lung is fully expanded before returning into telescope
