Registration Instructions for suppliers who are new to both 

Kohl’s and Ariba

(If you are already registered with Ariba, please send your ANID to KohlsSuppliers@kohls.com)

New suppliers who go to www.KohlsSuppliers.comcan click on either of these links.

You will be redirected to this new Ariba Sourcing page to register with the Ariba Network, the site Kohl’s uses for supplier database and for online bids and/or auctions.

Suppliers should now enter the basic information requested. For Commodities, click on the “Add Commodities” button and you will see the screen on the next slide.

You can type keywords into the search box and then select the line that most closely corresponds with your line of business.

You can then click on “Add” if you have additional commodity lines. Then click on OK.   Alternatively, you can go to the “Browse” tab and navigate to various commodities.

You will be taken back to the information page where you will need to click on the “Sales Territories” button.

You can select “Global” or “Select Territories”. “Select Territories” will bring up additional drop downs for you to navigate and make selections.  Click OK when finished.

Click the check box.   Then click on “Register Now”.

You will see a screen telling you that an email has been sent to you at the address you specified.  You will need to go to that email and click the link to verify the registration.  

(Be sure to click the link only one time.)

When you click the link in the email, you will be brought to this screen.  Click on the “Go to my Company Profile” button.

This brings up the profile information required specifically by Kohl’s.  You must complete all required (*) information, then click “Submit”

You may now close this window by clicking the “x” in the upper right of the box.

You can click on the various tabs to complete your profile information for the Ariba Cloud.  Then click “Save” and then “Close”.

Kohl’s will now get a message that you have registered and can approve you as a vendor.

You will receive an email that welcomes you to sourcing once your registration has been approved by Kohl’s.

You may then log into the Ariba site at any time to update your profile.  

When you are invited to an event by Kohl’s, you will receive an email that will include a link to the site.
