Instructions for filling New Pension System (NPS) Form
PM Modi vision to provide pension to unorganized sector. To fulfill the requirement New Pension System comes in pictue.In this scheme any Indian or NRI whose age is in between 18 to 55 years can open the account in the listed Indian banks. After the age of 60 years you will be given a lump sum amount and rest amount will be paid on year basis. You can open the account by month min contribution of Rs 500/-.In this Yojana you would be getting a Tax benefit upto Rs 2,00,000/-.Instruction will filling the form is listed below.
Instruction for New Pension System
1. The form must be filled in BLOCK LETTER and with BLACK INK only.2. In case of any correction you need to do signature at correction.3. Each box must contain only one character.4. Size of recent colored photo must be 3.5cm x 2.5 cm.5. Signature or Thumb Impression must be in within the box provided in the
form. The subscriber should not sign across the photo. 6. The Thumb impression of the subscriber`s must be verified by Designated
officer of POP-SP.7. Subscriber must fill the required field, if any field is left empty than the
form will be rejected. And whole responsibility will be of subscriber. 8. Subscriber is suggested to keep the Acknowledgement Slip Signed/stamped
by the POP-SP, where they submit the form.9. Provide Full name .You must have the supporting document of your Full
name. If the document does not support your name, your form will be rejected.
10.The Date of Birth must match with the document provided, else it will be rejected.
11.If you have a Pan card, Pan Card copy is must in case of cash contribution is of Rs 50,000 or above.
12.In present address you should provide address where they can do future communication also.
13.For better communication provide working Mobile Number, Phone Number and Email Id.
14.If the subscriber is selecting Tier-1 account. Than bank details are optional, but if subscriber is providing any bank detail than he/she must provide all bank details required in the form.
15.If the Subscribers is selecting Tier-II account. Than bank details are mandatory. The subscriber must provide a Cancelled Cheque.
16.A maximum of three nominees can be selected. Percentage to each nominee must be mentioned. The grant total must be 100.
17.If the nominee is minor, in that case the guardian of the nominee is mandatory.
