Description: Project is separated into five separate phases.

Interior and exterior renovations with systems upgrades

throughout the Elwyn Campus encompassing eight buildings

and a bus loop. Bus loop is integral to student and faculty

safety concerns. Upgrades to accommodate employee

daycare, student and resident classrooms, recreation

areas, offices for administrative staff as well as healthcare

professionals and caregivers.

followed by 18 months of field supervision as construction
