INNOVATION
The SIBS service portfolio is unparalleled, ranging from innovative Payment Services,
through Terminal Services in ATM and POS network management and full issuing &
acquiring Transaction Processing, to ACH processing capabilities (clearing all payment
instruments - cheques and cards, as well as SEPA credit transfers and SEPA directdebits solutions).
Client needs in the payments arena are further serviced by SIBS through complementary

The Group operates in various countries worldwide. SIBS is a global company, with
ongoing operations in Portugal (with a transversal role within the Portuguese payment
system), Algeria and Poland (ATM outsourcing), Angola and Mozambique (a broad
partnership with the local Interbanking Processor), Malta (Cards & ATM processing),
Romania (POS outsourcing) and SWIFT wire transfers originating from clients based
in such diverse overseas locations as New York, Panama and Southeast China.
Furthermore, SIBS offers clients SEPA credit transfers and SEPA direct debits, right
from day one, and was chosen by the European Payments Council to design the new
SEPA direct debits e-mandate solution.
SIBS retains in-depth management knowledge not only on the complexity brought
