EXHIBITING IS A MUST!• Meet face-to-face with over 800 transportation professionals from the private & public sector
• Two exhibit days, including approximately 10 hours of non-compete time
RegistrationITE offers two registration options for exhibiting companies:
Exhibitor Plus• One complimentary full conference pass per
10x10 booth. This pass includes access to all food and beverage functions as well as all technical conference sessions.
• Additional booth personnel pay $110 each. This fee includes lunches on Monday and Tuesday and networking breaks. It does not include access to the technical conference sessions or to the Monday night theme party. Tickets for the Monday night theme party can be purchased for $90 per person.
Exhibitor Basic• Exhibitor personnel are registered at $50
per person. These individuals have access to networking breaks only. The Monday night theme party and the technical conference sessions are not included. Lunch is on own.
• Tickets for the Monday night theme party can be purchased for $90 per person.
Exhibitor InformationThe rental fee for each 10x10 includes:

Cancellation Policy: The $500 application fee is non-refundable. For space cancellations prior to June 15 exhibitors forfeit 15% of total booth rental fee (plus the application fee). For space cancellation between June 16 and July 11, exhibitors forfeit 30% of booth total rental fee (plus the application fee). There is no refund for cancellations after July 11.

Cancellation Policy: The $500 application fee is non-refundable. For space cancellations prior to June 15 exhibitors forfeit 15% of total booth rental fee (plus the application fee). For space cancellation between June 16 and July 11, exhibitors forfeit 30% of booth total rental fee (plus the application fee). There is no refund for cancellations after July 11.

RegistrationITE offers two registration options for exhibiting companies:
Exhibitor Plus• One complimentary full conference pass per
10x10 booth. This pass includes access to all food and beverage functions as well as all technical conference sessions.
• Additional booth personnel pay $110 each. This fee includes lunches on Monday and Tuesday and networking breaks. It does not include access to the technical conference sessions or to the Monday night theme party. Tickets for the Monday night theme party can be purchased for $90 per person.
Exhibitor Basic• Exhibitor personnel are registered at $50
per person. These individuals have access to networking breaks only. The Monday night theme party and the technical conference sessions are not included. Lunch is on own.
