1A Position face of plaster guard flush with face of finishwall.

5 For tub installation only: install nipple for spout. Nippleshould extend approximately beyond finished wall.

1. Shut off water supply by turningcheck valves. Extract right handle(the escutcheon with Hot/Coldmark) and retainer nut. Then, youwill see the limiting device on theextension.

2. Adjust limiting device to select opti-mum temperature and to avoid acci-dental scalding.

2 Apply pipe tape onto thread and connect water supplytube to valve assemblies. Make sure that the valves’ hotand cold inlets are on an accurate horizontal plane.

6 Install shower arm.

8 Install tub spout. Turn on water and check for leaks.

12-3 Keep the distance (B-1/16”) and cut off the extra cartridge.

13 Adjust the cartridge to be fixed clockwise. Assemble thehandle vertically.

14 Install showerhead and tighten with wrench. Turn onwater supply.

12-1 Measure the distance between handle and canopy. (distance B) (For fiberglass wall skip step 12)

12-2 Leave 1/16” between canopy & handle head.

Apply pipe tape on all pipe threads. Install elbow at oneend. Connect other end to shower diverter.

Determine whether you’re mounting intoa. Drywall or drywall with tile (See figure A & step 1A)b. Fiberglass Wall (See figure B & step 1B)

1B Position plaster guard flush with back of fiberglass wall.

7 Before installing escutcheon, remove the plastic capfrom plaster guard by twisting cap to the clockwise.

a. Remove the two white plastic toothed cams from thevalve stem.b. Turn the valve stem so that the round dimple on thestem is at the top. This is the closed position is at the top.(This is the valve closed position with normal plumbinghook-up).

Install cam (A) onto valve stema. Dimple (D) on valve stem and notch (C) on cam A shouldboth point upward. The flat side of cam A should goagainst the stop (B)b. Rotate valve stem so that cam A is tight to the Stop (B).

Your new bathroom faucet is designed foryears of trouble-free performance.

Keep it looking new by cleaning it periodically with a softcloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool and harsh chemicalsas these will dull the finish and void your warranty.

Prior to beginning installation, turn off the cold and hot waterlines and open the old faucet to release build-up pressure.When installing your new faucet, turn the connector nuts finger-tight, then use one wrench to anchor the fitting and a secondwrench to tighten the nut one additional turn. Connections thatare too tight will reduce the integrity of the system.Wrap all threaded connections with pipe tape available atyour local hardware or plumbing supply store. Always wrap ina clockwise direction. a

• If soldering during faucet installation, the seats cartridges and washers will have to be removed before using flame. Otherwise, warranty will be void on these parts.• Protect your eyes with safety glasses when cutting or

soldering water supply line. • Cover your drain to avoid loosing parts.

Antes de comenzar la instalación, cerciórese de cerrar todas las conexiones y cañerías de agua fría y caliente, y de abrir el grifo antiguo para liberar la presión acumulada.
