3/14 1. CSSPortal conditions

I) Requirements OS: Windows Vista Business 32/64-bit(SP1 and above) Windows7 Pro 32/64-bit (SP1 and above) Windows 8/8.1 32/64-bit Browser: Internet Explorer 8.0 and above HDD free space: C drive 100MB(to install) and data downloaded(recommended 1GB ) Min Memory: Min req. of OS + 1GB(XP 256MB) Network: Able to access Internet and download file File to download(if any restriction is applied to network settings) (.xml / .txt / .djvu / .lst / .def / .bli / .bbi / .cat / .net / .exe / .zip) URL to access(if any restriction is applied to network settings) URL: http://*.css-club.net / http://*.komatsu.co.jp Privilege: Administrator privilege for installation/execution Access privileges: Write and read access folders listed below, including sub folders. During installation, privilege will be given by installer.

II) Application Applying: User should file CSS Portal user application via your SMAP key person. With application, SMAP ID and CSS-Net License will be provided with fee.

2. How to apply To use CSSPortal, user should file user application form. And to use SMAP, user should file each user application independently.

5/14 3. How to download the programs

When register to CSSPortal, you will receive your ID by email via SMAP key person in your region . You can sign in CSSPortal.

When you sign in CSSPortal, 'TOPPAGE' is displayed. Click 'Information' in the menu. Please download the install programs.

2. Please download the install programs ‘KLTD-BASE’ and ‘CSS-Portal_ENG’ according to OS used.

7/14 4. How to install the programs for CSSPortal

You should install the ‘KLTD-BASE’. Next, you should install the ‘CSS-Portal_ENG’.

【Step2】 Select language and click ‘OK’.

【Step3】 Click ‘next’.

【Step4】 Select ‘Anyone who uses this computer (all users) ‘ and click ‘Next’. Click ‘Install’ to continue.

【Step1】 If you use Windows Vista and above, right click ‘KLTD-BASE’ and select 'Run as administrator‘.

【Step5】 Click ‘Finish’ Base Program is installed.

【Step7】 Next, install ‘CSS-Portal_ENG_V.exe’. Click ‘Next’.

【Step6】 If you use Windows Vista and above, right Click ‘CSS-Portal_ENG’ and select 'Run as administrator‘.

【Step9】 Enter ‘User Name’ and ‘Organization’ and then click ‘Next’

【Step10】Click ‘Install’ to continue.

【Step10】Another window ‘LinkOne Administration’ will appear, click the tag ‘Licenses’.

【Step11】 If you don’t find the ‘Publisher-Linked Viewer License’, push the button ‘new’ and enter your license key to the small window then click ‘OK’.

【Step12】 Click ‘Finish’.

【Step12】 The installation procedure is finished.

CSS Portal Desktop icon will appear upon successful the installation. Please sign in CSS Portal from the icon to set all programs for CSS Portal.

11/14 5. Internet Explorer settings

You should setup Internet Explorer.

【Step1】 Sign in CSS Portal from the icon.

【Step2】 In most cases, the headers on CSS Portal don't function on IE8 and above. Please add the URLs of CSS Portal and related systems.

Open "Compatibility View Settings" from "Tool" on Internet Explorer. Enter "css-club.net", "komatsu.co.jp" and "komatsu.net" to the blank "Add this website:" and then push the button "Add“ one by one.
