Notes:Notes:The tenant has stated that the dehumidifier to the property is actually letting off a plastic smell. During the visit I couldsmell this and would suggest maybe getting somebody to take a look, just to see that nothing is actually wrong with theactual appliance. There is some old mould marks to the front of the door frame and the wall next to the door as it doeslook like it has been wiped by the tenant. Smoke detector is located in area. Tenant states it is functional.

Notes:Notes:Tenants still use area as a bedroom/living room. Décor is in a poor state. The paper is peeling in places, is ripped and tornin places. Slight mould and damp to the ceiling and the corners of the walls. All windows are opening. Cannot really see interms of the flooring if there are any defects, but area does need a bit of attention.

Notes:Notes:Seal around the kitchen sink has actually come off, part of it, and does appear to be causing some damage to the actualwork surface. I would suggest looking at getting that resealed up, just in case. Kitchen area: no defects noticed to thewalls, a few nails in a couple of the walls, the flooring has a few scratch marks to it but no major defects, appliances arefunctional.

Notes:Notes:Same issues to area in terms of mould and condensation issues. Décor is peeling. The window to the bedroom: the bottomwindow still does not open. There is a lot of tape around some of the décor that is peeling at the moment. It does need abit of attention in terms of the damp and the mould issues, even though it is dry and it does not feel wet to touch, it isgoing to need some attention, especially during the next winter.Area still being used for storage.

Notes:Notes:Grass area is overgrown. The fencing to the area is falling and breaking in places. I have noticed the pebble dash finish tothe walls has a lot of cracks going through and in between some of the joints, this could be part of the cause of why themould and the damp is so bad inside the property. I would suggest the landlord get an expert to come and take a look tosee if something can be done.
