Insist Avtomatika’s design department provides the full range of design services of control systems of any complexity, including:

- survey and elaboration of requirements specification- conceptual design- basic design- detailed design- preparation of engineering documentation- designer's supervision

PRODUCTION AND PROCUREMENT

Insist Avtomatika has its own fabrication shop that is capable of producing up to 500 control panels and electrical panels a year.

The company produces:

- ISA power supply, control and monitoring cabinets- Automation system of line oil heaters ISA-PP-DSKM.421417.205- Automation system of direct oil heaters ISA-PPN-DSKM.421417.204- Automation system of central processing facilities and preliminary water discharge units ISA-UPN-

DSKM.421417.317- Automatic fire-fighting panels built on Allen-Bradley controllers- Automatic fire-fighting panels built on Direct LOGIC controllers- Automatic fire-fighting panels built on Siemens controllers

All serially produced products have conformance certificates.

Insist Avtomatika can assemble panels using documentation provided by the customer. If necessary, the company's design department will provide technological support of fabrication process.

High quality components purchased from Rittal, Schneider Electric, Siemens, Automation Direct and other vendors are used in fabrication of control panels. Close cooperation with leading automation software and hardware vendors is maintained.

The company implemented a quality management system certified according to ISO 9001 requirements; the company regularly undergoes audits by vendors and customers and proves high standards of manufacturing process.

Insist Avtomatika has its own metrological service and electric laboratory where assembled equipment is tested and measuring channels are calibrated.


START-UP AND COMMISSIONING

Company's operating departments are staffed with highly experiences, trained and certified personnel capable of providing configuration, assembly, start-up and commissioning of process control systems. The Company is highly experienced in organization of works in remote regions of Siberia, Central Asia and within the Polar circle and has a mobile infrastructure for rotation based works.

MAINTENANCE

Maintenance is a complex of scheduled preventive activities aimed at ensuring reliable operation of all components of the system including CA&I, PCS and data base control systems according to design documen-tation, regulatory requirements, specifications and customer requirements.

Insist Avtomatika offers the full range of services for maintenance of process control systems and IT infra-structure providing:
