Lundquist hosted the 6th edition of its CSR Online Awards in Milan, part of a unique two-day event to discuss trends in sustainability and recognise top performers in online communications from across Europe. The event brought together more than 100 participants including sustainability and communications professionals from over 45 companies and organisations. - With the growing shift to online disclosure, how do you take into consideration the

digital divide so as not to exclude certain categories from your information?

- What’s the best approach to sustainability in the annual report?

Advantages/disadvantages of full integration vs. most material issues only vs. what

matters to investors vs. all sustainability highlights?

- What audiences would you like to reach but find hardest to engage (investors,

employees, media, customers)?

- Are any companies thinking about using digital channels to facilitate participation in

the materiality process?

- What benefits are emerging from the materiality process that go beyond reporting

requirements, in terms of internal buy-in, stakeholder engagement, sustainability

strategy, etc?
