A secure and confidential online survey is key to collecting the true sentiments of customers, potential customers, or employees. Since unsecure surveys can be subject to bias response averages, SBC protects the security of your survey while maintaining respondent anonymity.

SBC protects the anonymity of your survey respondents by stripping the data of all identifying information before passing on survey results to the client. However, if

Online Surveys

For online surveys, personalized email invitations; website links; or postcard

invitations are sent to each respondent with simple instructions for accessing and

completing the survey.

Telephone Surveys

Telephone surveys are set-up exactly as online surveys, except friendly call center

personnel administer the survey rather than the respondents completing it directly.

Personal Face-to-Face Interviews and/or Focus Groups

Sometimes the preferred way to get an individual’s reaction to an issue is by having

live conversations. This process requires a much more custom effort. Over the years

SBC has hosted Focus Groups for a variety of industries in over 20 countries. In addition to read between the lines we have interviewed hundreds of people to not

just ascertain factual results, but to also get a sense of how they feel by their reactions to our questions posed.

This process of surveying individuals through live interviews or focus groups is without a doubt more challenging and time consuming. However it also allows us to

ask questions that might come up as a result of how people react. In addition it allows individuals to express themselves with more open responses, which will

often provide us with specific data that would not have been otherwise discovered.
