Logisitics
A seating plan (get someone to check it!)◦ Test it out / tracing paper comes in useful◦ Or go for a more open version if less people
Name labels and clear set-up instructions of where to go before entering the room◦ Set the tone

Flexible length ◦ Ours was about 30 mins in total with 5 pairings

Black label sticker = SIT IN THE OUTER CIRCLE – FIND YOUR SUBJECT SEAT
START ‘CHATTING’ ON THE BELL.... Write down any ideas and subjects involved on the cards provided
The INNER CIRCLE move on one seat ANTI-CLOCKWISE each time the bell rings
The OUTER CIRCLE STAY ONTHE SAME SEAT AND WAITFOR YOUR NEW PARTNER
