INTRODUCTION

Innovation is defined as the process of making changes to

something established by introducing something new. Innovative

work helps a teacher to teach a lesson easily. The role of innovative

work is very important in the teaching and learning of English. In

order to teach a lesson innovately, the teacher uses a lot of new

methods-like pictures, songs videos, games. Innovative work helps

in the easy transaction of the concept and helps in arising the

interest of the pupil. It is one of the effective methods of teaching

the language.

The present material is a visual representation of the poem “Lines

Written In March” written by William Wordsworth. Th e whole

poem is changed into visual representation.

The poem “Lines Written In March” written by Willia m

Wordsworth. Each line is a representation of natural beauty. The

main theme of the poem is end of winter season and the arrival of

spring.

It is very important to develop aesthetic sense in conveyed through

the pictures, it will more effective to the students. Hence the

collection of pictures helps to convey the theme of the poem to the

students.

Conclusion Teaching using some aids is one of the most effective way for conveying the lesson properly to the students. The visual representation helps the students to learn the meaning of the poem easily. They are interested to listen the poem. So I hope that this work will be useful and attractive for the students. “Visuals easily catch the attention of the students”
