MICROSOFT INNOVATIVE
TEACHERS’ AWARDS
2007
Microsoft Innovative Teacher’s Award
- Some colleagues mentioned the Microsoft Innovative
Teacher’s Award and that it involved the chance to travel
overseas
- After researching this further I became very interested and
completed the outlined criteria explaining how I had used
ICT innovatively in the classroom
- Months later I received a phone call from Microsoft saying
that I was the QLD winner of the Microsoft Innovative
Teacher’s Award and not only was I going to Singapore and
Cambodia but to Cairns as well
- Needless to say that my screams of excitement were heard
around the school!
