The Company

Gulf Coast Equities LLC., is a Delaware Limited Liability Corporation (GCE, LLC).

The principals of Gulf Coast Equities, LLC (GCE, LLC),have been involved in the acquisition of real estate for over 35 years. Working in the business in Canada and the U.S.A. , the (GCE,,LLC) principals have extensive experience in both multi-family units in California before relocating to Mississippi in 1998. As permanent residents and visitors of the Mississippi Gulf Coast for the last fifteen years, the (GCE, LLC) principals frequently travel the area between Destin, Florida and New Orleans, Louisiana looking for investment opportunities. Since 1998 the (GCE, LLC) principal’s office has been located in the Bilioxi Area.

Management Team & ResumeGlen Angus serves as the Chairman of the Board of GCE .

Mr. Angus has been active in the real estate business in Canada and the United States for over 40 years. In 1995, he purchased and optioned land in Biloxi, Mississippi and formed several partnerships to buy, hold and develop properties in the Gulf Coast area. Glen Angus moved permanently to the area in 2000. He formed Gulf Coast Equities, LLC for the purpose of purchasing and developing properties in Gulf port, Biloxi and Jackson County and he has been involved in the permitting and development of these properties until the present time.

Previously, Mr. Angus incorporated a real estate and investment company, Richland Properties, Inc., in California in 1975 and concentrated on the acquisition of multifamily income properties, primarily with Canadian partnerships. Glen later became involved in residential land development, as well as condominium conversions.

Mr. Angus owned and operated a real estate and development company in Northern British Columbia along with a mortgage company with offices throughout Western Canada for several

years prior to moving to California.

Tony Hauck serves as the President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for GCE

Mr. Hauck began working under the direction of Tim Johnson, who as President of the Rain Group purchased and marketed over $200,000,000 dollars of western Canadian real estate. Tony acquired commercial and multi-family properties in Alberta and Saskatchewan, Canada.

In 2003, he started working on the Gulf Coast with Glen Angus and Gulf Coast Equities, LLC, investing in Alabama and Mississippi real estate.

Tony works in the area identifying investment opportunities in multi-family properties.

Business management is an asset Tony relies on as he actively manages his own real estate properties in both western Canada and the Gulf Coast region, as it relates to construction of residential housing, subdivision development and light commercial construction.

With Net Zero, we look at urban development at the community level, not just at the building level.

When Trends Take HoldThat mobility is the predominant work style in most sectors isn’t news. Nor is it a surprise to learn that the mobile workforce favors sustainable settings at each point in the daily round. Even two years ago, these were trends, but now they’re almost facts of life. So what’s different about now? Perhaps it’s this: A mobile work style and a sustainable lifestyle always implied a reshaping of the world as we know it. What we’re asking now of our cities, buildings, and settings reflects new freedoms and new constraints.

The constraints are mostly self-imposed—Net Zero, for example. Yet we quickly see how getting there frees us, too. Less tethered to cars and long commutes, we can use our days differently. Real estate will likely follow suit, which implies changes ahead in building types, preferred locations, and the mix of uses and activities. In most markets, it’s too soon to say what forms they will take. What’s certain is that the opportunities that mobility and sustainability afford will spark innovation. In 2010, the real trend is the desire for performance in a truly modern, holistic sense.

Mr. Parker has been actively involved in the construction industry since 1968 when he began operating as Parker Construction Company in Mobile, Alabama. In his career, Mr. Parker has been involved in varying degrees with every phase of the construction industry as it relates to construction of residential housing, subdivision development and light commercial construction. Mr. Parker has been involved either directly or indirectly in the development and successful completion of more than 40 major subdivisions in Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana, either in his own companies or as General Manager for a large regional company, Adams Homes.

Mr. Parker was President of Mobile Alabama Home Builders Association in 1981 and also served in a division of the Mobile Regional Planning Commission for over twelve years.

Since 2005 Mr. Parker has been involved with Gulf Coast Equities in the acquisition and development of major residential, multifamily and

commercial projects in the southeast region from Florida to Louisiana.

Mr. Parker’s primary role is to oversee the construction and development.

T. E. Stevens Company, Inc. is a general contractor specializing in civil engineering development. The company was founded in 1986 by Tom E. Stevens after receiving a Bachelor of

Building Science degree from Auburn University in 1986. The company was the fulfillment of a long time desire of his to own and operate a construction company that specialized in civil engineering site work. The company’s first job, which was secured in 1987, was a mobile home site development project. This marked the beginning of three years of growth that consisted mainly of site excavation and utility installations. Most of the work was performed as a subcontractor.

The T. E. Stevens Company has extensive experience with a wide range of commercial, residential, industrial, and government projects. From shopping centers and subdivisions to industrial facilities and roadways, providing comprehensive civil development capabilities. These include clearing and grading, landscaping, installing base for paving, installing utilities, and performing the associated concrete work. Utility construction is another area in which we have expertise. We can install pipe for a wide range of utility projects from large diameter storm pipe and sanitary projects to water distribution systems.
