RFID is a tool for the documentation of which material is intended for which pro-duction unit (furnace, casting machine, packaging units ...) – thus preventing the material from being supplied to the wrong place.

The system is installed on lift trucks, elevating trucks and trucks. It will collect, document and control material withdrawals and accompanies any material activity throughout the whole production process. All the recorded parameters like date, time, weight and temperature as well as any information on production units are checked for plausibility. This process makes sure that the material is provided to the right production place.

PLSDOC® is a PCS-independent documentation, mainte-nance and planning tool for industrial plants in chemical in-dustry, pharmacy, power plants, sewage treatment plants and petrochemistry.

Plant operators are well aware of the problem: manually collected and documented parameters or changes of limit values are often unreliable, not correctly entered or not doc-umented at all. Artificial intelligence supports your existing processes by pattern recognition, prediction and the evaluation of com-plex data according to defined parameters. The system’s own learning processes provide continuous improvement of production processes and quality.

The objective is an autonomous configuration of operating resources, the optimization of material flows, diagnosis and prognosis due to the use of integrated IOT devices (Inter-net of Things).
