Innovative Infratech was envisioned in 2009 by Mr. Debatosh Roy a

veteran in the Bitumen Business since 2000. Initated in the businessas the head of Bitumen Division in Bharat Shell Limited and then asthe first founder and country manager of Shell Bitumen India PrivateLimited. Under him the Shell established a national bitumen businessand commissioned the first Modified Bitumen plant in West Bengal.
