PR RUBINO was set up in 1978 by VINCENZO RUBINO in a small workshop providing technical assistance and on-site installation of rubber conveyor belts as well as making rubber coatings for rollers, vulcanising cotton and leather belts and repairing rubber dinghies for the boating sector.
Today the company is run by ATTILIO RUBINO and produces conveyor belts and synchronised hybrid belts for packaging machines and industrial automation devices; it sells its products worldwide through an innovative distribution network that is very strong on PROBLEM SOLVING.
It is affiliated to VISION TECH, which produces special polyurethane toothed belts, both welded and truly endless. They are also used in the industrial automation device sector and the hightech packaging sector.

PR RUBINO designs, manufactures and provides technical assistance for simple and synchronised conveyor belts; synchronised toothed belts, flat belts and belts with various cross-sections; technical coatings and cutting custom parts made of plastic, polyurethane, rubber, silicone and special mixtures used on industrial and food-grade automatic machines and in automated devices in general.

BLETERFOOD®
ANTIBACTERIAL FOOD CONVEYOR BELTS
The canvas of the BLETERFOOD® belts undergo a treatment called “HEAVY BACK COATING”, a heavy impregnation of polyurethane, which protects the canvas from the proliferation of bacteria so that the belt can be easily cleaned with highpressure water jets. This has to be done, in some cases, for cleaning in the food sector.
They meet NSF standards and are HACCP compliant, making them one ofthe best ranges of belts currently on the market.

Belt with low friction coefficient. Rough outer surface of polyester. Used for food products, especially when accumulation is required. Used also in the inner and outer packaging sector.
Belt with medium friction coefficient. Matt, inverted pyramid outer surface. Used in the bread production sector; the surface with inverted pyramid shape makes it easy to remove the mixtures. It is also widely used in the tissue sector managing thrusts and accumulations.
Belt with high friction coefficient. Smooth, polished adherent outer surface. Used for processing very liquid mixtures like chocolate. The external finish makes it easy to remove the product because of its high friction coefficient. It can also be used for small gradients in the packaging industry.
