In this model a unique system has been developed. In this device, the fire brigade or the emergency line will be informed just the time of fire. So there will be no loss of time to call the emergency line and they will be able to come on time to the scene to the extinguish fire.

2. 2 INNOVATIVE FIRE INTERCEPTING DEVICE WITH CALLING THE FIRE BRIGADE Introduction This exhibit is better than available fire alarm systems. In the existing domestic fire fighting system, there is either heat detector or a smoke detector, which on activation, rings fire alarm and water spray is used to fight fire. In this model a unique system has been developed. In this device, the fire brigade or the emergency line will be informed just the time of fire. So there will be no loss of time to call the emergency line and they will be able to come on time to the scene to the extinguish fire. Rationale behind the construction of the exhibit Now its seen that the fire in market, home is common. But the fire brigade has not come on time as they are not informed on time. So this is the model where in case of fire the brigade is informed automatically and it also takes some primary steps to stop the fire from spreading. It can significantly reduce property damage, personal injuries, and loss of life from fire in the workplace. Scientific principle involved When the sensor (transistor or diode) senses heats it connects the circuit. So the model is on to all purpose. It automatically calls the fire brigade, rings the siren and sprays water etc. Materials required Heat detector (diode 1N4007), relay, IC-7812, transformer (12V), transistor, (BC 558, BC 548), capacitor (1000F/25V), preset (4.7K), mobile, motor, buzzer etc. 3. 3 Construction and working We are using a 12 volt dc transformer which converts the 220 volt a.c to 12 volt d.c and use a capacitor (1000F/25 V) to bypass the a.c current. To stabilize this voltage we use an IC-7812. This is connected with the preset (4.7K). We can pre assign the temp range at which the circuit will be completed depending on the heat sensed by the diode (1N4007). We use two transistors here, those are BC548 and BC558. The transistors are used to pass signal as a switch. The relay is connected with the transistor and the mobile, siren, motor (representation of spraying water or CO2 foam) is connected with the relay. When the diode senses the heat,(at a particular temp adjusted by the variable resistance) the adjusted preset allow the current through it and the relay is on so the devices connected with the relay get power and starts to perform their desired actions. Application It can be used at homes, markets, railway stations, airports etc. Actually it can be used in our all purposes to stop fire. The device is an ideal for domestic fire fighting, especially when fire breaks out without the knowledge of dwellers e.g. person who is out of his home. So on that time the fire brigade automatically is informed and some pre steps will be taken by the exhibit like spraying water or CO2 foam, turning on the siren or it can also inform the owner. It is also very ideal for the market like domestic.
